Our Process

Step 1: Initial Site Visit

One of our skilled project managers will come to your property to evaluate and discuss your options with you. During this visit, we take into consideration all of your needs and work to design the perfect solution for you and your property.

Step 2: Final Drafting & Engineering

Once you have chosen the design option that works best for you, our in-house drafting team will begin to design your plans to submit them to the local building department. By keeping this important process in-house, we can ensure a speedy turn around time on our design plans. We also work very closely with a local engineering firm to ensure any engineered sealed plan sets are turned around in 24 hours.

Step 3: Permitting

Once our drafting and engineering team finalizes your project plans, we send the plans to the local building department for review and approval. This part of the process is generally the longest part of the process due to the steps the building department takes to properly review every project for compliance.

Step 4: Schedule Construction

Once your plans have been approved and the permit is issued, we can begin coordinating the construction phase of the project. We work closely with our customers to ensure we schedule an accurate project start date with realistic expectations for the amount of time the total construction phase will take.

Step 5: Inspection

Once the construction phase is complete, the final step is having the project inspected for accuracy. The inspector will compare the design plans with our finished work and sign-off on the completion of the project.
