Cobalt Marine produces high quality, functional boats that combine traditional

models, products of owner/designer Phil Schiro's uniquely innovative and

two submersible electric motors mounted inboard and independently of each other.
This system, similar to the Zee drives found in some tugboats and Coast Guard
